Disclosure of interests in shares
Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("the Company") received notification on 27 May 2011 that, with effect from 20 May 2011 following the allotment of a scrip dividend, City Developments Limited ("CDL") has a material indirect interest in 171,683,158 ordinary shares of 30p each in the Company, being approximately 54.07% of the issued share capital.
