Disclosure of interests in shares
Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("the Company") received notification on 15 August 2008 that with effect from 14 August 2008, Schroders plc has a material indirect interest in 15,184,330 ordinary shares of 30p each in the Company, being approximately 5.02% of the issued share capital.
The voting rights of these shares are held through Schroder Investment Management Limited (15,093,616), Schroder & Co. Limited (81,402) and Schroders (CI) Limited (9,312).
