Gas Turbine Efficiency PLC20 November 2007 20 November 2007 Gas Turbine Efficiency plc ('GTE' or 'the Company') Disclosure of Interests The Company was notified on 19 November that EIG Venture Capital Limited ("EIG") has sold 250,000 ordinary shares at a price of 48 pence per share. The transaction was effected on 15 November 2007 between EIG and an institutional investor. Following this transaction, EIG holds 15,620,309 Gas Turbine Efficiency ordinary shares, equivalent to 27.6 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Frederic Telander and Jan Telander, both non-executive directors of the Company, are each interested in one third of the shares in EIG.
