Gas Turbine Efficiency PLC11 December 2007 11 December 2007 Gas Turbine Efficiency plc ('GTE' or 'the Company') Disclosure of Interests The Company was notified on 11 December that EIG Venture Capital Limited ('EIG')has sold 1,173,000 ordinary shares to private investors on 10 December 2007 at aprice of 46 pence per share. Following this transaction, EIG holds 14,447,309 Gas Turbine Efficiency ordinaryshares, equivalent to 25.5 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of theCompany.
