Information regarding the disclosure of holdings of over 5% of the total voting rights held by NN Group N.V. in Fondul Proprietatea S.A.

Franklin Templeton Investment Management Limited United Kingdom Bucharest Branch, in its capacity as Investment Manager of Fondul Proprietatea SA ("the Fund"), hereby announces that it has received a disclosure of holdings of over 5% of the total voting rights held in the Fund, respectively 5.02%, from the following entities within NN GROUP N.V., as reflected in the Annex.

- NN Group N.V. - as mother-company;

- Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN ACTIV (managed by the voluntary pension fund administrator NN Asigurări de Viaţă S.A.);

- Fondul de Pensii Facultative NN OPTIM (managed by the voluntary pension fund administrator NN Asigurări de Viaţă S.A.);

- Fondul de Pensii Administrat Privat NN (managed by NN Pensii S.A.F.P.A.P. S.A.);

- NN Investment Partners Luxembourg S.A.
