Creon Corporation Plc ("the Company") DISCLOSURE OF HOLDINGS

Creon Corporation plc (AIM: CRO) has today received notification from Newton Nominess Ltd ("Newton") that Newton has increased its holding of ordinary shares of ‚£0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by 46,400 Ordinary Shares, such that Newton now holds 2,417,510 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 15.07 percent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company has also today been notified by Forestdale Trading limited ("Forestdale") that Forestdale holds 1,019,226 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.35 percent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
