Creon Corporation plc (AIM: CRO) has today received notification from Westminster Asset Management Ltd ("Westminster") that Westminster has acquired 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares of ‚£0.01 each in the Company, representing approximately 9.35 percent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
