Directors' Shareholdings

The Company announces that it has been notified that, with effect from the date of the completion of the transfer, expected to be completed in early July 2012, the 779,187 and 177,393 ordinary shares in the Company currently beneficially held by directors of the Company, Dirk Van den Broeck and Filip Montfort, respectively, through their indirect holdings in Worldwide Opportunity Fund (Cayman) Limited ("WWOF") will, following the in specie distribution of certain shares from that fund, be held by them more directly. These shares represent 1.1% and 0.25% of the 70,229,236 ordinary shares currently outstanding.

As a result of this and other sales and distributions, the holding of shares in the Company by WWOF will be reduced to 5,435,555 shares, representing 7.74% of the ordinary shares currently outstanding.

Filip Montfort is a principal of Terra Partners Group, the investment manager to WWOF and is also a director of WWOF.

In addition, as a result of the in specie distribution of the Company's shares to Howard Golden and Yarden Mariuma, principals of the investment manager of the Company, as soon as those distributions are completed, expected in early July, Mr Mariuma will own 473,770 shares of the Company and Mr Golden will own 510,103 shares of the Company either directly or in a controlled entity and such holdings represent 0.67% and 0.73% respectively of the ordinary shares of the Company currently outstanding.
