Disclosure of Director's Interest in Shares

The Remuneration Committee of the Board has made the following awards of shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2006:

E Prescott 530,000 shares

GM Findlay 320,000 shares

The awards will vest after the announcement of the Preliminary Results for the year to 31 December 2014 at nil cost based on the rules of the scheme dependent on meeting a target for Total Shareholder Return and further targets in relation to Earning per Share ("EPS") and Return on Capital Employed ("RoCE") during the performance period which is the three years commencing January 2012. Each award comprises an EPS element representing 50% of the award and a RoCE element representing the balance.
