Regulatory Disclosure of Directors' Appointments

Pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2 Annex III of the AIM Rules, Satellite Solutions Worldwide Group plc provides the following disclosure relating to its directors which updates disclosures made in the Admission Document and the Company's announcement of 29 September 2015.

Michael Tobin (aged 52) - Non-executive Chairman

Andrew Walwyn (aged 48) - Chief Executive Officer

Frank Waters (aged 51) - Chief Financial Officer

Simon Clifton (aged 54) - Chief Technology Officer

Paul Howard (aged 47) - Non-executive Director

Rodger Sargent (aged 45) - Non-executive Director

At the date of this Announcement, save as set out below, there are no further disclosures required under paragraph (g), Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies:

a) Andrew Walwyn was a director of O T Computers Ltd and Tiny Computers Limited (which traded under the name of Tiny Computers), which was placed into administration on 29 January 2002 with an estimated deficiency to creditors of at least £36.6 million. On 30 January 2002 the business and certain assets were sold to Time Group Ltd. The company was subsequently placed into a creditors' voluntary liquidation. Mr Walwyn was a director of 010 Plus Ltd, 010 Plus EBT Limited, Flat Deal LTD, Pentagon Euro TV Limited and The Flat TV Company LTD (which were part of a group trading under the name of The Flat TV Company), which was placed into a creditors voluntary liquidation on 14 November 2008 with a finally determined deficiency to creditors of £410,127.

b) Michel Tobin entered in to an individual voluntary arrangement in 2001 which was subsequently discharged in full by 2006. Team Rock Limited was placed into administration on 19 December 2016 as a result of cash constraints in the business. Options are being explored by the administrators including the sale of the company's assets.

c) Rodger Sargent was a director of Contentment Limited which was placed into creditor's voluntary liquidation and winding up commenced on 27 July 2016. Rodger was appointed on 25 September 2015 and resigned on 27 July 2016.
