Disclosure in accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code
Further to the announcement this morning in relation to Raven Russia Limited's ("Raven Russia") possible offer for the entire issued share capital of Raven Mount Group plc, in accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code, Raven Russia confirms that its current issued share capital at the close of business on 16 February 2009 consists of 512,552,915 Raven Russia Ordinary Shares of one penny each. Raven Russia holds no Raven Russia Ordinary Shares in treasury. Raven Russia (Guernsey) 2 Limited, a subsidiary undertaking of Raven Russia, holds 5 million Raven Russia Shares over which it has agreed to waive its voting rights. The International Securities Identification Number for Raven Russia Ordinary Shares is GB00B0D5V538.
