DIRECTORSHIP UPDATE

Pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Petroceltic International plc ("the Company") announces that it has received notification from Andrew Bostock, the Company's senior non-executive director, that Purepower Holdings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales of which he was formerly a non-executive director, was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 12 September 2011.
