The Company notes that, as announced by Bellway p.l.c ("Bellway"), Sarah Whitney, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Bellway with effect from 1 September 2022. Sarah will also be appointed as a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR9.6.14R.
