Directors' Roles, Functions and Responsibilities

The Board of NextEnergy Solar Fund, a leading specialist investor in solar energy and energy storage, announces the following changes to its directors' roles, functions and responsibilities, in accordance with Listing Rule UKLR 6.4.6 with immediate effect.

Ms. Josephine Bush, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Senior Independent Director of the Company.

The Company's Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee have been combined into one Committee (the "Remuneration & Nomination Committee"), which will be chaired by Ms. Caroline Chan, a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
