Director's Transfer of Shares
The Company announces that Ewan Lloyd-Baker, Chief Executive Officer of the Company has today transferred 858,326 Ordinary Shares in the Company from an account in his own name into his personal pension scheme. These shares are still beneficially owned by Ewan Lloyd-Baker. The transfer was transacted at a price of 46p per share.
Following this transfer, Ewan Lloyd-Baker's total beneficial shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 2,526,197 Ordinary Shares which represents 10.33 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
