Director's Transfer of Shares
The Company announces that it was notified today that Ewan Lloyd-Baker, Chief Executive Officer of the Company transferred 412,869 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 6 April 2010 from an account in his own name into his personal pension scheme. These shares are still beneficially owned by Ewan Lloyd-Baker. The transfer was transacted at a price of 47.5p per share.
Following this transfer, Ewan Lloyd-Baker's total beneficial shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 2,526,197 Ordinary Shares which represents 10.33 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
