National Grid PLC06 June 2006 6 June 2006National Grid plc (NG) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Interests Notified by the Trustee of theLattice Group Employee Share Ownership Trust (Notification of Directors' Technical Interests,Pursuant to Section 324(2) of the Companies Act 1985) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ NG today received a notification from Lattice Group Trustees Limited, as Trusteeof the Lattice Group Employee Share Ownership Trust (the 'Trust'), operated inconjunction with the Lattice Group Short Term Incentive Scheme (the 'Scheme').Following the purchase of a further 40,000 NG shares today, at a market price of611p per share, Steve Lucas together with other employees formerly with LatticeGroup, have a technical interest in the new balance of 61,015 NG shares held inthe Trust. (Note: For Companies Act purposes, Steve Lucas is deemed to have a technicalinterest in all the shares held in this Trust, together with all participatingemployees. The interest ceases when shares are transferred to participants underthe rules of the Scheme.)
