Directors' Shareholdings

Jubilant was informed on 7thFebruary 2012 that Jubilant Energy Holding BV (JEHBV) has purchased 12,243,428 ordinary shares of Euro 0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company at a price of 25 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, the total shareholding of JEHBV in the Company has increased to 349,784,156 Ordinary Shares representing 84.02per cent. of the issued share capital of Jubilant.

JEHBV is fully owned by Jubilant Enpro Pvt Limited, India which inturn is owned by Mr S S Bhartia - Non Executive Director and Chairman and Mr H S Bhartia - Non Executive Director and Co-Chairman of Jubilant, directly or indirectly through the companies owned and/or controlled by them and their relatives.
