Nigel Legge, Vinay Abrol, Jeremy Lang and William Pattisson directors of the Company, are participants in the Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the "ESOP") and on 26 April 2007 were allocated 1,170 ordinary shares, 1,173 ordinary shares, 1,170 ordinary shares, and 1,170 ordinary shares respectively at a price of 384p per share.
Nigel Legge's total interest following this notification is 897,046 ordinary shares or 2.66% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
