Liontrust Asset Management PLC ("the Company") has been notified on 31 January 2007 of dealing in the Company's ordinary shares as follows:
Nigel Legge and Vinay Abrol, directors of the Company, are participants in the Company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (the "ESOP") and on 31 January 2007 were allocated 100 ordinary shares and 99 ordinary shares respectively at a price of 378p per share.
Nigel Legge's total interest following this notification is 895,783 ordinary shares or 2.65% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Vinay Abrol's total interest following this notification is 407,702 ordinary shares or 1.21% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
