Management Consulting Group PLC23 October 2007 Management Consulting Group PLC ("the Company") Directors' Shareholdings The Company today announces that, on 22 October 2007, the following directorsacquired further ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in theCompany at a price of 39.25 pence per Ordinary Share under the Company'sdividend reinvestment plan. (i) Dr Rolf Stomberg, the Chairman of the Company, acquired 4,970 OrdinaryShares. Following the acquisition of these shares, Dr Stomberg will bebeneficially interested in 604,970 Ordinary Shares representing 0.18 per cent.of the issued share capital of the Company. (ii) Mr Kevin Parry, the Chief Executive of the Company, acquired 9,915 OrdinaryShares. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Parry will be beneficiallyinterested in 1,256,957 Ordinary Shares representing 0.38 per cent. of theissued share capital of the Company. (iii) Mr Stephen Ferriss, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired1,656 Ordinary Shares.
