DawMed Systems PLC07 July 2005 DAWMED For Immediate Release: DAWMED SYSTEMS PLC Director's Shareholdings On 5 July 2005 Kevin Gilmore, the Chairman of the Company sold 615,650 OrdinaryShares of 5p each to his Self Invested Personal Pension scheme, the trustees ofwhich are Scottish Equitable plc, at 19.5p per share. Notwithstanding thetransfer of shares Kevin Gilmore's underlying interest in the share capital ofthe Company remains the same as it was before such transfer.
