Directors' Shareholdings

Jubilant was informed on 3rd February, 2012 that Jubilant Energy Holding BV (JEHBV) has purchased 12,243,428 ordinary sharesof Euro 0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company at a price of 28.35 pence per share.

Following this purchase, the total shareholding of JEHBV in the Company has increased to 337,540,728 ordinary shares representing 81.08 per cent. of the issued share capital of Jubilant.

JEHBV is fully owned by Jubilant Enpro Private Limited, India which inturn is owned by Mr S S Bhartia - Non Executive Director and Chairman and Mr H S Bhartia - Non Executive Director and Co-Chairman of Jubilant, directly or indirectly through the companies owned and/or controlled by them and their relatives.
