Directors' Shareholdings

 

The Company has been notified that the transfer of 507,246 ordinary shares in Norcon plc by the executors of the estate of Barbara Longem, mother of Jørn Longem, non-executive Director of Norcon, to Norconsult Telematic Holdings Limited ("NTH") is now complete.

 

Further to this transfer of shares, NTH is now interested in 23,028,911 ordinary shares of 1p each. NTH is controlled by Jørn Longem. The holdings of NTH and the other directors of the Company are set out below:
