Directors' Shareholdings
WYG was today notified of the following share purchases:
Brian Duckworth, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares on 17 April 2009 in the Company at a price of 26.3p. Brian Duckworth now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 85,500 ordinary shares in the company being 0.16% of the issued ordinary capital.
Paul Hamer, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 38,000 ordinary shares on 17 April 2009 in the Company at a price of 26.3p. Paul Hamer holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 63,000 ordinary shares in the company being 0.12% of the issued ordinary capital.
David Wilton, Group Finance Director, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares on 17 April 2009 in the Company at a price of 26.3p. David Wilton holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 75,000 ordinary shares in the company being 0.14% of the issued ordinary capital.
Robert Barr, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares on 17 April 2009 in the Company at a price of 26.3p. Robert Barr now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 12,500 ordinary shares in the company being 0.02% of the issued ordinary capital.
Elizabeth Richardson, spouse of John Richardson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares on 17 April 2009 in the Company at a price of 26.3p. John Richardson now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 14,083 ordinary shares in the company being 0.03% of the issued ordinary capital.
