Directors' Shareholdings/Issue of equity
28 September 2011 Deltex Medical Group plc ("Deltex Medical" or the "Company"), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), announces that it has yesterday issued a total of 343,617 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 17.25 pence per share.
The four non-executive directors named below have elected to take New Ordinary Shares in lieu of a cash payment as remuneration for their services to the Company for the period 1 April 2011 to 30 September 2011.
Paul Mitchell has elected to take New Ordinary Shares in lieu of £5,408 of salary in respect of the period 1 April 2011 to 30 September 2011.
In addition to the above, the Company also announces that it has today issued a total of 68,817 New Ordinary Shares to a certain adviser of the Company at a price of 17.25 pence per share.
Accordingly, application has been made for these New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on Tuesday 4 October 2011. Following the issue of these new shares the Company has a total of 138,325,461 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue.
