Directors' Shareholdings

Epistem today provides an update regarding the Company's share investment plan, details of which were announced on 13 July 2009.

As a result of the subscription for Partnership Shares and the award of Matching Shares, the executive Directors each increased their beneficial interests in the Company by 342 ordinary shares of 1.5p each. These shares were acquired on 28th October 2013, 28th November 2013 and 24th December 2013 at prices of 335p, 330p and 325p respectively.

Following these transactions, the current beneficial interests of the executive Directors are set out below:
