Zotefoams PLC14 May 2007 Zotefoams plc ("the Company") Directors' Shareholdings The Company announces that the following directors have been granted restrictedawards over ordinary 5p shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under theCompany's Long -Term Incentive Plan as set out below. The awards will only bereleased in the event that the Company achieves certain performance criteria.
