Director's Shareholding

Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB), a leading provider of executive search, leadership consultancy and complementary recruitment services, has been notified that Mr James Webber, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, today purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 1.0p each in the Company at a price of 12.72p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Webber is beneficially interested in 40,000 ordinary shares in Norman Broadbent representing 0.23 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
