Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed on 24 April 2010 that on 22 April 2010, a family trust of which David Weill (a director of the Company) is a beneficiary, sold 500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 19p per ordinary share. Following this disposal, David Weill no longer has an interest in the Company.
