Director's shareholding
The Company was notified today that the beneficial interest of Anthony Wild, a Director of the Company, and his family in the ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") has reduced by 2,350 Shares as a result of their participation in the Tender Offer. All of the Shares were disposed of at the Tender Offer Price of 474.28 pence per Share. Following the Tender Offer, Anthony Wild and his family are beneficially interested in 91,650 Shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued Shares.
