Director's shareholding

Liontrust Asset Management PLC (the "Company"), the specialist equities fund management group, announces that Nigel Legge, the Company's Chief Executive, is interested in 867,369 Liontrust ordinary shares following a reduction in his holding of 30,000 shares as a result of no longer being associated with a previously connected person. This represents approximately 2.58 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
