Director's shareholding

The Company announces that, on 11 December 2009, Eberhard Lotz, the Company's Director of European Operations, exercised options over 10,000 ordinary James Halstead shares of 5p each at a price of 354.25 pence per share. On the same day Mr Lotz sold these shares at a price of 540 pence per share.
