Director's Shareholding
The Company has been notified of the transfer and re-registration of the legal title of 793,942 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") beneficially owned by Martin Fotheringham, Chief Financial Officer.
There has been no change of beneficial ownership as a result of these transactions, which have been carried out for personal tax and estate planning purposes.
Following these transactions Mr. Fotheringham's shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at a total of 793,942 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.47% of the Issued Share Capital.
