Director's Shareholding
The Company announces that it was notified today that Nick Flanagan, Finance Director of the Company bought 140,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 42.5 pence per share on 17 May 2010.
Following the dealing in the Company's shares as detailed above, Nick Flanagan's total beneficial shareholding in the Company is 140,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 0.57 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
