ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 3 August 2009 Mike Inglis, who is a director of the Company, exercised an option over 9,109 shares under the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of 102.64 pence per share and sold all of the shares at a price of 127.42 pence per share. His shareholding continues to be 267,001 shares.
