Playtech (AIM: PTEC), the international designer, developer and licensor of software for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, announces that on 6 November 2009, Moran Weizer, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, was granted 200,000 options over Playtech Limited ordinary shares at an exercise price of 370p per share. The shares will vest on the third anniversary of the grant.
