Director's shareholding
The Company announces that Gordon Oliver, the Finance Director of the Company, today exercised options over 21,700 ordinary James Halstead shares of 5p each at a price of 354.25 pence per share. Mr Oliver subsequently sold these shares at a price of 540 pence per share.
