Richard McCaffrey exercised 19,000 shares awarded under the White Young GreenPlc Executive Share Option Scheme (1996) and has sold 3,095 shares at 453p. In addition, 3,084 shares were transferred to his spouse, Margaret McCaffrey whosold 3,084 shares at 453p. As a result, Mr McCaffrey's beneficial ownership in the Company has increased to29,072 ordinary shares which represents 0.0563% of the issued share capital.
