Darty plc today announces that it has received notification from the following Directors regarding the purchase of ordinary shares of 30 cents each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.

The Company was notified on 30 June 2013 that Pascal Bazin, Non-Executive Director, purchased in aggregate 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 61.0 pence per share on 28 June 2013, representing 0.0047% of the Company's current issued share capital. Following the purchase, Pascal Bazin is beneficially interested in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0047% of the Company's issued share capital.
