Directors share purchases
Sylvania (AIM: SLP), the platinum group metals ("PGM"), and emerging Chrome producer and developer with assets in South Africa, announces that it was notified on 23 March 2026 of the following purchases of shares in the Company by Eileen Carr, Non-Executive Chair, and Martin Preece, Non-Executive Director:
Eileen Carr
· The purchase of 25,000 ordinary shares of $0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 81.00 pence per Ordinary Share on 23 March 2026.
· Following this transaction, her shareholding in the Company totals 225,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
Martin Preece
· The purchase of 65,100 ordinary shares of $0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 83.95 pence per Ordinary Share on 23 March 2026.
· Following this transaction, his shareholding in the Company totals 65,100 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

About Sylvania Platinum Limited
Sylvania Platinum is a lower-cost producer of platinum group metals ("PGMs") (platinum, palladium and rhodium) and emerging Chrome producer and developer with Operations located in South Africa. The Sylvania Dump Operations ("SDO") is comprised of six Chrome beneficiation and PGM processing Plants focusing on the retreatment of PGM-rich chrome tailings materials from mines in the Bushveld Igneous Complex ("BIC"). The SDO is the largest PGM producer from chrome tailings re-treatment in the industry. In FY2023, the Company entered into the Thaba Joint Venture ("Thaba JV") which comprises Chrome beneficiation and PGM processing plants, and is treating a combination of run of mine ("ROM") and historical Chrome tailings from the JV partner, adding a full margin Chrome concentrate revenue stream. The Group also holds mining rights for PGM projects in the Northern Limb of the BIC.
