Flybe Group Plc ("Flybe" or the "Company")
The Company announces that it was notified on 25 June 2018 that Heather Lawrence, Non-Executive Director of the Company, jointly with her husband Edward Lawrence, has acquired 62,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 40.346p per share.
This is Heather Lawrence's first purchase of shares in the Company and represents 0.0288% of the issued share capital.
