Director's Share Purchase
Digital Barriers plc (LSE AIM: DGB), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the security and defence sectors, announces that it was notified on 29 November 2011 that Colin Evans, Group Managing Director, acquired on 29 November 2011 60,000 ordinary shares in the Group of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 155 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Colin Evans holds 505,625 Ordinary Shares in the Group representing 1.2 per cent of the issued share capital of the Group.
