Melrose Resources plc (LSE: MRS) ("the Company") announces that, on 18th November 2008, it received notification of the following changes in a Director's shareholding as a result of the purchase of shares in the Company, further details of which are set out below.

The shares were acquired at £2.05 per ordinary share by R F M Adair's personal pension fund.
