Ultimate Products, the owner, manager, designer and developer of an extensive range of value-focused consumer goods brands, announces that it has received notification that, Alan Rigby, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 39.999p. As a result, Mr. Rigby is interested in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
