Plus500, a leading online service provider for retail customers to trade CFDs internationally, announces that it has today received notification that, on 24 November 2015, Mr. Daniel King, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 13,259 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 339.38 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. King has a direct and indirect interest in 13,259 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01% of Plus500's issued share capital.
