Old Mutual PLC01 June 2005 Sharesave scheme - Director's share interests Mr J V F Roberts, Group Finance Director of the Company, today exercised anoption under the Old Mutual UK Sharesave Plan over 11,445 shares at £0.83 each. Mr Roberts now holds 402,175 shares in the Company. This figure excludes anycontingent interest in unvested Restricted Share Awards.
