Directors' share dealings

Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') has today been notified by Nexus Medical Partners, that it disposed of its entire holding of 3,367,004 ordinary shares in the Company at 28.5 pence per share on 15 April 2011.

Dr Edwin Snape, a non-executive Director of the Company, is a principal of Nexus Medical Partners. Following the disposal by Nexus, Dr Snape has an interest in 1,025,720 ordinary shares, representing 0.77 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
