Director's Share Dealings
Polo Resources Limited (AIM: PRL) was notified on May 11, 2009 that Guy Elliott, Senior Non -Executive Director of the Company purchased on the same day 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company at a price of 3.78 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of these dealings Mr Elliott is interested in a total of 27,378,571 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.25 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
