Purchase of Shares by Director

Jamie Pike, newly appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Lupus Capital plc, has notified the 

Company that on 24 November 2009 he acquired 260,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 38.62 pence per Ordinary Share. His resulting holding in the Company is 260,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
